(u zdencima tišine)
Lizne me grom
praznine;
smrzne me kȍm
taštine,
pogled u pod
za olovni svod,
bezglasni jal
za sablasni bal
kroz prijetvorni mir
tišine.
Usvojim lijes
blizine.
Ubirem vrijes
nigdine.
Može li prag
raskriliti trag?
Nije li jaz
ta šansa za gaz
u proziran vir
nutrine?

Lijer pod lijer je spas!
Nek' svenu dvojbe!
Trn je svijetu crn
naš smiješni bijes¡
Lijer jest iskren glas
i kad smo fojbe
za dan kad bjesmo strn
pred stvarni ples.
*
Strašan je zvon
praznine.
Zajašim ton
suštine.
Prvotni sram
u radosni plam;
trajati sam baš taj kad je ham;
zdencima
znam
tišine
tiještiti gram
dubine
misliti slap sasnuti
kap
snositi slom

* Tekst posuđuje motiv iz pjesme Paula Simona „The Sound of Silence“ (Columbia, 1965.). Nastao je s glazbom u mislima, slijedeći ponešto prilagođenu melodiju pjesme „I'm a Fool to Want You“ (Joel Herron, Frank Sinatra & Jack Wolf; 1951.), uz preplitanje a capella izvedbe sedmogodišnje Angeline Jordan (Norske Talenter, 2014.) i one sudbinske (Columbia, 1959.) od Billie Holiday (na naslovnoj slici).

O, Lone
O, Lone, don't be down with silence.
Why don't you gown compliance?
Not of any kind; but such when your mind
may stop to stray and seize the way
able to thole through silence.
O, Lone, when you drown in silence,
why don't you crown reliance,
honing the sound of your inner ground
(a fragile soul of wounded Whole)
drilled by the wells of silence?
*
O, Lone, fondle cold bones fallen from silence.
Sense how senseless was their crystal stance.
Don't mourn; just tell - it's gone, and bell: Alliance!
Numb clowns are longing for a decent dance...
*
O, Lone! Entomb a moan of silence.
Bong on these tones: Alliance!
Use your precious voice for one single choice
if, even gloomed, you wish not be doomed
living without reliance,
drowning in blind compliance;
be brave and chime through this fearful time;
don't leave my bones
in silence.

* Following the tune (somewhat adjusted) of „I'm a Fool to Want You“ (Joel Herron, Frank Sinatra & Jack Wolf; 1951.).
** With special thanks to Paul Simon for „The Sound of Silence“ (Columbia, 1965.) and also for the phrase „the wells of silence“.
